Payment & Shipping
We ship (almost) worlwide! The final shipping price is calculated in the shopping cart and will be clearly displayed before the order is placed.
The price of shipping depends on the weight and amount of the order, and on the delivery country. There are no hidden fees.

We can charge you without 21% VAT, if the delivery address is outside the EU, or if you a VAT payer inside EU . Find out more.
SHIPPING
1) Local Post Service from 2,99€
Transport is carried out through the Packeta service. A different carrier is used in each delivery country, e.g. Hermes in Germany, Austrian Post in Austria, etc. This is usually cheapest delivery option. Max. package weight 15 kgs.
2) GLS from 7,99 €
Used for most of the EU shipments. Max. package weight 30 kgs.
3) FedEx / DHL from 19,95 €
FedEx or DHL service are used for over-seas (non-EU) shipments.
4) Personal Pickup FREE
You can come to our warehouse and pick up your order here.
5) Pallet Transport from 60 €
For large structures and home climbing walls only. Prices vary considerably depending on country and region of delivery. Please contact us for more information. If you send us an enquiry, please send us your ZIP code. This will speed up the calculation of postage. Thank you.
PAYMENT
1) Bank Transfer FREE (we even give you 0,4€ back!)
Please transfer the payment to this bank account: 2101940316 / 2010 using your order code as a variable symbol (payment ID). Normally, the goods is dispatched right after the payment has been received. This is (obviously) our preferred method of payment as we do not pay any fees to the bank, payment gateway etc.
2) Payment Gateway FREE
A safe payment via Comgate payment portal where all card details are transferred via a secure gateway leaving us out completely.
3) Wise
You can pay with Wise. Please contact us if this is your preferred method.
We do not accept Paypal, sorry.

If you’re keen to get receive updates, you have to approve so by yourself in your account. We don’t like spam ourselves so why should we spam others?
Returns and Warranty
Should the unpleasant matter of a malfuncitioning product occur, or if you feel dissatisfied with the product, please do get in touch with use. Preferrably via email at [email protected]. Please make sure to inform us about the return prior to shipping it back to our office; sometimes we may resolve the issue remotely.
