Wooden hold - pinch in shape of a lens. Positive but quite large hold for slight overhangs.

"Lens" is a symmetrical pinch hold with 25° positive grip.
Quite easy for big hands, more slopey feel for small hands. Ideal for slightly overhanging walls (up to about 30°).
We are using beech wood to make our holds, there are 2 holes drilled for 5mm screws and a steel washer in each hole so the screws don't damage them. The screws come in perfects sizes with the holds, so you don't need to buy them extra ;)
