We are direct producers, not resellers

All Lama Holds products are made directly in our workshop in Jizera mountains, Czech Republic. From the first 3D design to the final inspection. We know our products down to the last splinter.

Goods in stock are really in stock

What you see in our shop is really physically in stock in our warehouse.

Superior service and warranty is not just an empty phrase for us.

You can return any unused product within 30 days. Without explanation. The standard warranty is 2 years, but even after this period we will be happy to service your product for free or give you a good advice. Don't be afraid to call us! As a rule, we do not make excuses for the terms and conditions, we try to resolve everything in favour of the customer.

Ecology and environmental friendliness

There is no other way to do it than ecologically in our case :). We simply take a piece of wood from local sawmill, shape it in our workshop and the finished product goes straight to you. It is as simple as that.

In Lama Holds we use only eco detergents of the Czech brand Feeleco. Half of the company doesn't eat meat, we cycle to work almost every day, we recycle the packaging boxes and use recycled paper as filling material. If we have to print something, we print on recycled paper. We have been certified as a Sustainable E-shop.

We're not quick-fixes.

We started our business in college, in 2008. We started inventing and making slackline equipment, you can read our full slackline story here. In 2021, we started the Lama Holds brand.

We're not afraid to meet face to face

Personal collection at our warehouse in Jablonec nad Nisou is not a problem. You can see everything, feel the holds on our wall, ask anything. We are not ashamed of our products.

We manufacture in the Czech Republic, Europe

We manufacture 95 % of the products in our workshop directly. A few, such as climbing balls, are produced by friendly joinery in South Bohemia. 

We know that self-praise stinks a bit and the most valuable reviews are those from customers :)
